Yaruchagua is Glore’s flagship operation — a 531-hectare property comprising four wholly owned concessions in the Pasco department. Since operations began, year-over-year production has increased through the introduction of semi-mechanized cut-and-fill mining: LHD scoops, drill rigs, and dumpers for mucking and hauling ore.

Operations currently focus on underground extraction along the mineralization of the primary deposits, with grades that average 10–20 oz/mt silver and 0.5–3 g/mt gold alongside polymetallic credits in lead, zinc, antimony, and copper. The team has tunneled 29 kilometers and drilled more than 30,000 meters of exploration core.
