Information submitted through the forms
When enabled, the General Contact form may collect name, optional organization, email address, optional topic, message, and acknowledgement of this notice.
When enabled, the Investor Inquiry form may collect name, optional organization, email address, optional role, optional inquiry topic, message, and acknowledgement of this notice.
When enabled, the Project Submission form may collect name, organization, email address, project name, relationship to the project, project country or region, optional commodity or minerals, optional development stage, optional public project link, a high-level project summary, and acknowledgement of this notice.
The three inquiry forms do not request attachments. Do not submit confidential or proprietary information, sensitive personal data, personal data about other people, technical reports, coordinates, resource or reserve estimates, or financial terms.
Each enabled form also submits its form type, page language, and source page for routing context.
Service providers may also receive technical metadata needed to deliver and protect their services, such as IP address, browser or device information, request time, requested URLs, and referring URLs.
How information is used
We use submitted information to route general correspondence, investor inquiries, and initial project introductions; maintain correspondence where applicable; protect the website and form service; and meet documented legal obligations.
Service providers and international processing
When any of the three forms is enabled, Formspree receives the submitted fields and technical request information to deliver the submission.

Hostinger hosts this site and may process connection and security information needed to deliver and protect it.

This site requests typefaces from Google Fonts. The visitor's browser connects to Google to retrieve them and sends connection and request information.

This version of the site does not include advertising analytics, advertising cookies, or advertising trackers.
Retention and deletion
Retention and deletion decisions for records and systems controlled by Glore Peru are based on whether the information is still needed to route and handle the submission, maintain necessary correspondence, protect the service, or meet documented legal obligations.
When that information is no longer needed, Glore Peru assesses deletion unless a documented legal or security reason requires preservation or escalation.
Each provider applies its own retention criteria under the notice linked above.
Your ARCO rights
Subject to applicable requirements and exceptions, you may have rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition (ARCO) under Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733) and its regulations.
